Curious, regarding PUM.Optional.DisableMRT

I run O&OShutUp10. 
Curious whether PUM.Optional.DisableMRT is related to O&OShutUp10 setting?

I'm thinking PUM.Optional.DisableMRT was related to Disable reporting of malware infection information...enabled.

Curious, what's in Quarantine.
Harmless configuration information registry items? 
Potentially Unwanted Modification  
I imagine reg keys will be recreated with machine Restart?
Should I opt Restore or Delete?
