Please download HWiNFO the Professional System Information and Diagnostics program.
HWiNFO Portable for Windows

Unzip the program to its own folder such as: C:\HWiNFO
Go to the new folder and locate the file C:\HWiNFO\HWiNFO64.exe and double-click to run it.
Click the RUN button.
Ignore the update, click close.
Click on Save Report and choose HTML and click Next, then Finish
By default, it will create a new report named COMPUTER.HTM in the same folder as the program. C:\HWiNFO
Please zip that file and attach it to your next reply

Thank you

Warning: Please DOUBLE-CHECK and verify this is the correct support page and download links for your sysem.
DO NOT download or install if this is not the correct support page for your system.

There appears to be a newer BIOS for your motherboard as well as other driver updates (assuming this is the correct support page for your system)

Then perhaps it's time to backup up your personal data to an external USB drive.

Then disconnect that drive and do a CLEAN install of Windows

You're using about 333GB of disk space, but probably close to 100GB of that is from the OS

So you would need a hard drive with about 200GB free minimum to backup your personal data.

However I would recommend that you have or purchase an external USB drive of at least 1TB so that you have ample space for backups.

Here is a 2TB example for $63.41

You then also need a USB 8 or 16 GB thumb drive to use for the installation disk.

Here is a 32GB USB Thumb drive by SanDisk for $7.09

The vast majority of time, YES. But there are no signs of a virus. There has not been but one new virus in over a decade.

Most infections today or Trojans or Ransomware

There are older infections that could survive formatting the drive and remain. I've not seen that infection any many years either.

Doing a CLEAN install that removes partitions gets rid of even that rare case infection.

If your operating system is legitimate, then you can use the actual Product Key on your system:

To obtain your Windows 10 / 11 product key, you can use the Command Prompt. Here are the steps to follow:

  • Click on the Start button and type cmd in the search bar.
  • Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
  • Enter the following command: wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey
  • Press Enter.
  • The 25-digit product key will then appear.
  • If this method doesn’t work for you, you can use software like NirSoft’s ProduKey or ShowKeyPlus to find your product key
