cssbjk Posted November 13, 2009 ID:157520 Share Posted November 13, 2009 A friend gave me her PC, here are the issues that I have found so far.Win XP 1-Boots up, anti-virus Mcafee has been uninstalled. I installed McAfee again but its blocking the updates. A scan with no updatesdoesn't catch a thing.2-Installed malwarebytes, it let the install go but will not do updates. When I launch Malwarebytes it comes up thengoes away. Same for hiijack this.I am taking this on this weekend and wanted some input.
