Hello KPP,

It appears that you are either still infected or have picked one up again. Please open a new post in the HJT forum and I will assist you with scanning and removal of this infection.

The only thing I did, which may have been wrong, is I uninstalled Avira temporarily today because my computer was taking over 30 minutes to start. I was taking a test online, and I couldn't wait forever to finish it.

Should I reinstall Avira now? I uninstalled it without deleting the quarantineed items.

Yes, please re-install Avira and update it and run a FULL SYSTEM scan. Then follow the directions below and we'll take a look.
