Cannot find Malwarebytes app on Galaxy S21 Ultra

New member here. Forced to seek help. Have had Malwarebytes installed on devices for several years now without any problems so am familiar with the app. Was looking into several of the Malwarebytes features and inadvertently activated text to speech feature which also reduced access to icons. Now I cannot scroll screens nor find Malwarebytes on phone yet the text to speech feature is active. Have turned phone off then on several times without success. Any help with returning my phone to its previous state will be appreciated.

I think that feature can be turned off in Settings-> Accessibility.

Thanks for the reply, mbam_mtbr. You jogged my memory and yes, that did it! Found it and made the correction. All is good now.
