Followup on unresolved websites blocking issue

Hello

could you please help resolve :

 This was followed up with direct message with support engineer that was willing to help but seems that the matter wasn't resolved and our mutual customers are still suffering from important cybersecurity product being unaccessible .
could you please assist and solve it?

thank you for your willingness to help, attached  you can find our Security Training domains. please be aware that they can serve URLs including hosts or sub domains

for example both domain.com and *.domain.com should be added to allow-lists.

your support representative Dashke wrote then :
"I see that the domains' MX records point to outgoing1.ironscales.com.

The list has been added to the WL and some entries have been removed from the block list." 

but we still received complaints,  could you please conform it? also, some of our domains (related to our EU site) have MX record which points to outgoing1.eu.ironscales.com please confirm they are added to allow-list as well.

is there a way to check a domain/url status in MB without owning the product?

Hi,

Thanks for the list. None of the domains you provided are currently on our blocklist. The costumers reporting issues should check if they're using the latest database.
