I just had to look up how to find the results of a scan I'd just done, but wasn't able to export it to a file, at which point the results were taken away - so that's two pieces of feedback.  If saving the results to a text file fails, don't take them away.  Give us a second chance to copy them to the clipboard.

I've used Malwarebytes and previously used MBAM for decades, but I still had to look up how to do this:

No idea what happened there either.  Trying to paste the link to the answer terminated my edit:

If we need to google how to do this, it doesn't work.  It needs to be intuitive.  I clicked the gear icon, then looked through all the options in all the tabs, but didn't find it there.  It deserves a tab of its own, or a section under Security.

Thank you for the feedback @Andy2No2 I'll be sure to pass it along to the team.

As for reports if you want the now you can obtain them the following way. Please note that all logs are saved so unless you removed any of them they should still be there

You can find Scan and Protection logs within the Malwarebytes 4 program in the following location

RTP stands for Real-Time Protection and is where automatic protection operations would normally be logged

If you click on the View option you should get something similar to the following with other options available.
