ISSUE WITH ADDING TO OTHER DEVICES

I bought Teams and have an MBP, iPhone, and iPad Pro. I got the program installed on the Mac, but verification failed when I logged in on my iPhone and iPad. And await an email to set up an account. I lodged a ticket .. but they say it takes 3-4 business days to get a response because I did not get a generic follow-the-prompts email to register the account.

Seems a bit silly. But also, the team has the majority of scans, right? I don't need to go to anything else.

Malwarebytes for Teams is the same as the consumer version but with added reporting and support and of course the added price.

Same detection and protection.

When you say "scans," are you expecting that the iOS app will scan your phone for malware? If so, that is incorrect. Apple does not allow such activities, which means our iOS app provides different security features than our desktop apps.

I can't help with the account issues, unfortunately. Our support team will need to help you there.
