Hi all, got a problem here. Anyone decode it for me?

Malwearbytes is denied by this bugger.

A.exe pops up in task manager and i got rid of MSA.EXE still can't run any antivirus though.

Oh and hijack this no longer works .

Any help would be appreciated.
