Nothing worked so far on 732 error

Hi, just downloaded MB last eve and cannot seem to get it to update I get an error code 732 (0,0). I have tried everything that I've found posted so far to no avail. The detect settings box is checked, I turned off firewall etc, I still cant connect to the update for some reason. I don't exactly know what all info someone would need to help me out so I'll put some here and if anything else is needed just ask and maybe give me a heads up on how to find what you need as I am not super awesome on a computer. Running a stock Dell Inspiron 1150 Win XP with IE6 Windows Firewall. Yeah IE6, I can download 7 and 8 but they wont go online either but that is a problem for another day. I can't log on to HTTPS sites either and I'm only posting these things because they might have something to do with why I can't get the update. Thanks in advance for any help.

Please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.
