Threat scan results are in uppercase, making it difficult to visually scan

This is a long standing issue/annoyance for me: the threat scan results are currently displayed in uppercase, making it difficult to visually scan. I think they should be displayed as in Windows.
Regarding files paths, they are always in uppercase. Regarding filenames, all except .lnk are displayed in uppercase. I attach a screenshot, and the list as text (currently v as expected):
