Greetings,

I hope your day is going well.  While I’m not a conventional “target” for cyberattacks, I do require some additional protections for some of the work I do.  I recently picked up an iPad and iPhone and have some questions regarding Lockdown mode.

I also posted questions for the Mac version of Malwarebytes in the appropriate sub-forum:

Please see below:

1.  Does Malwarebytes on mobile work normally with Apple’s Lockdown mode enabled on iOS/iPadOS?  Are any of its operations (call/spam blocking, text scanning, etc.) hampered in some way?

Please see this Apple article in reference to which Lockdown mode I’m referring to:  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212650

2.  Does Malwarebytes’ Safari extension work normally with Apple’s Lockdown mode enabled on iOS/iPadOS?

Similar question as above—do the iOS/iPadOS Safari extensions suffer from compatibility issues with Apple’s Lockdown mode?  Please note I am not referring to Malwarebytes Browser Guard, and instead referring to the Safari extensions bundled with Malwarebytes for iOS/iPadOS.

As an example, 1Password’s Safari extension breaks with Lockdown mode enabled, as it restricts access to core systems the 1PW extension needs.  The app itself works normally, but the extension simply won’t open in the browser.  But not all Safari extensions break with Lockdown mode.  I’m wondering if it’s the same story here with Malwarebytes.

Many thanks for your help in advance!
