Upgrade to Ultimate Identity Theft Protection not available?

I am looking at upgrading my account to include the Identity Theft Protection, but don't see the option to select the "Ultimate" plan. My only options including ID Protection are Essential and Advanced. However, if I go to the site without logging in, the option is available as a new subscriber. Is this by design? - Thank you.

I don't think it's by design. I know that the team has been working on adding purchase to our website. Unfortunately our back end process to add to a current subscription is a bit tricky right now.

Please create a support ticket and one of  our agents will be happy to assist you.
