JoshKay Posted October 30, 2023 ID:1597317 Share Posted October 30, 2023 We have a client with multiple devices running MalwareBytes that requires a tamper protection key to remove which we no longer have access to retrieve. I have tried using the support tool but get the error below. Trying to run mbsetup gives the error "A corporate Malwarebytes product is already running on this computer".
