I have a paid mobile subscription, which I have been unable to sign into for quite some time now. I kept trying to sign in on my phone using the Play account/email I believed I used to purchase, but I must have been wrong. The one email that gives me the message differs from my Google Play, and my Gmail emails all give a different message mentioning the incorrect details. How can I recover my subscription? I have searched all emails for the license key/code, which I vaguely remember using to register and activate, but I cannot find it. My Malwarebytes subscription *does* show up in my Google Play active paid subscriptions, though, even though only my professional email (not a gmail/Google Play linked) indicates that it is an email capable of logging in (account "blocked"). What am I doing wrong, here?
