Malwarebytes Browser Guard is blocking our website

Hello, some of our customers have reported that Malwarebytes Browser Guard is blocking our website. How can I get this resolved?

I believe it is a domain block and not an IP block because subdomains such as our customer portal are also blocked despite being on different IPs.

Host: westernverify.com
IP: 141.193.213.10

Host: secure.westernverify.com
IP: 74.217.184.82
