Scan Network Drive

Good morning,

I cannot perform or schedule scan tasks on my network drive, nor on the directories it contains, nor even on the files contained therein.

This is an action that I could perform with my old security solution, is this a functionality allowed by yours ?

No, it is not.

Unfortunately, Malwarebytes cannot scan network-attached storage devices or network drives due to the way that Windows handles permissions for such devices (local SYSTEM and admin accounts do not get full write access to such locations which is the context that Malwarebytes scans under).

Is another version of Malwarebytes able to do this ?

No.

You would need to be connected via ISCSI for it to be seen as a local drive
