Hello, its my first time here

I started using malwarebytes a year ago because this was my first computer and i was very scared of damaging it (i am very anxious around technology and easily panic since i don't understand anything). Nothing happened until today where i got an alert that there was a trojan in a zip file i had downloaded. I panicked and clicked on the delete button malware bytes showed.

I then looked in my downloaded files but windows file explorer is not letting me search. And the file is still shown in the "recent" section. Is this normal ? or is my computer in danger ?

I once again apologize for my lack of understanding :(
