Yet Another Personal Guard 2009 Problem

Starting yesterday, I've had the Personal Guard 2009 pop-ups. Can anyone help? I've run Malwarebytes, but after restarting the problem persists. Please be gentle...I'm not totally up on virus-speak.

I'll reboot as soon as I post this.

Just an update to the reboot- although the log said 'quarantined and deleted sucessfully', I still have it. Good times.
