Webmail to our mail server is blocked. Can this be whitelisted for us? We have spent hours today with the Mail server folks verifing the server is not infected.

All accounts effected use free Malwarebyrtes so no support ticket is possible as they just get closed automatically because no active subscription but we get offer to buy an account instead.

This seems a bit like a ransomeware situation in reverse as it stands so can you whitelist it for us or do we have to remove the product instead?

Thanks

Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've reviewed the data from the IP again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've disabled the block in our database.

Removal should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.
