Hi,

We can confirm impactserving.com is still being false flagged on the site. Sometimes the false flagged domain script loads after a few reloads, and then eventually the whole page shows impactserving.com malware alert on the site. Attaching screenshots for reference.

We made sure to use the latest database file, and the latest version of available plugin and Chrome versions:

• Chrome Version 117.0.5938.63 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Malwarebytes Browser Guard version 2.6.10

Time to uninstall Browser Guard restart the browser and reinstall. Right after reinstall check for updates.

We followed the steps as mentioned: uninstall Browser Guard, restart browser, install Browser Guard, and update the database. But we still get the same alerts:

From your screenshot, it seems to be covering the AD's. Is that what you see as well?

Blocking AD's is one of the primary functions of Browser Guard.

No I have disabled ad blocking setting. The white overlays I've added are to hide adult content on the forum from displaying.

Furthermore, the domain impactserving.com's requests are being false flagged on another site, starwank.com we're working with. In this screenshot below, and the screenshot shared ealier you can see that the Ads/Trackers setting is disabled:

Hi, after consultations with my team we have decided to bring the block back for impactserving.com, because it redirects users to stripchat pages, which are taken as adservers.

Hello Team,

we would like to receive more detailed explanation regarding this decision and a second review, stripchat pages are legit offers running all over the industry and is not getting blocked by other networks domains.
this domain has always been a clean domain running safe advertisements, the detection on browser guard is causing quite a problematic situation, and we do not understand fully your decision.
Please escalate this to tech team and provide more detailed steps to prevent such blocks or detections with your extension.
