Andy-TopCat Posted September 4, 2023 ID:1586954 Share Posted September 4, 2023 Hi We have a client who we built a website for and one of their customers has reported that when they visited the site it gave and error of riskware or risky software. We have never had this before and run wordfence pro and all plugins and wordpress are fully up to date and has an SSL installed. As there is no way for us to see what your software thinks is riskware or risky software im presuming its a false positive? the site is https://www.verplas.co.uk/ do you also need the server IP? Domain was blocked due to a malicious script: www.verplas.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/theme-my-login/assets/scripts/theme-my-login.min.js
Andy-TopCat Posted September 4, 2023 Author ID:1586956 Share Posted September 4, 2023 Hi Thanks for the speedy reply. We dont use that plugin on the site (it is a new build) so do you think it could have been cached by the old site or the users PC? Thanks Andy
