Our website hxxp://bcmhomewood.org was briefly compromised last year. We secured the website within 24 hours, as the issue was identified immediately by our hosting provider (Digital Ocean). We successfully removed ourselves from several blocklists, but missed this one. We recently conducted an email campaign through Mailjet that linked to our website, and one of our donors shared this screenshot, which is how we became aware of Malwarebytes flagging our site as risky.

Please let us know if any additional information is needed in order to remove us from your block list.

Thank you so much for your help!

Hello- We're still seeing several URLs detected at VirusTotal: VirusTotal - Domain - bcmhomewood.org

Thank you for sharing that! We have been requesting reviews from the entities listed on VirusTotal. We've been actively monitoring the health of the site, and haven't seen anything malicious since we completely reinstalled our Wordpress and the server it resides on. When reviewing VirusTotal, we also didn't see any communicating files more recent than our most current reinstall date (03-03-2023). Additionally, we checked the two PDFs that are posted on our site in VirusTotal, and they were both clean:

  • PDF 1: A health information flyer; VirusTotal hash -> a2356b5a3a4f237199d4d0d18b8e86cb5f216cf2db119d4ceabe3d4a6b42f3eb
  • PDF 2: A flyer for discounted product; VirusTotal hash -> 8927d3b69b5195825c34387dbb68e4f75122b133666793125697f81a747a359b

Are you noticing anything further in VirusTotal that I may be missing?

Thank you again for your help, we really appreciate it.
