Infected by unknown Malware - MBAM, HJT and Avast! killed by it - ESET does nothing

Hi,

I've today been infected by a virus. I know where I got it from - and I can provide a link if that would help people to get it.

I had and a.exe b.exe and msa.exe - these dont seem to be coming up but sometings clearly wrong. ESET doesnt find anythign wrong at all - so I installed AVAST. However, after I installed it, the exe was deleted. I downloaded hijackthis and malwarebytes - but the EXEs for this were also delted (I tried the randomised version - to no avail).

I would greatly appreciate any help

Oh and I forgot to mention - my Google is hijacked, but I cant see any sign of hijacking in the TCP/IP settings.
