Can not remove fraud.virusremover2009

I have run spybot and it identified 2 problems

fraud.virusremover2009

microsoft.windowssecuritycenter.firewallbypass

I clicked to fix the problems and it did not get rid of either of these problems.

Also my malwarebytes has been disabled. It tells me it can't finf the exe

I keep getting widows opening for betting, baking etc.

any help in removing these would be helpful
