Suspicious download blocked

The message "I want to continue..." does nothing, with or without the checkbox.

I've added the site to exceptions but that doesn't seem to be the site in question. Redirect? The message does not indicate a site. It needs to in order to unblock the site.

Even when I turn off all protections (web,malware,ransom,exploit) I still can't get the download.

What do we do short of uninstalling MB?

It is not the main Malwarebytes program but the browser guard in Firefox.

Uninstall just the browser guard from Firefox and restart the browser and reinstall Browser guard.
