Blocking word document download

So by it being whitelisted, should I assume that the document is safe to download, etc? Just wanted to make sure if I bypassed Browser Guard and downloaded the document that it was deemed safe?

And by bypassing, I just downloaded the document on a different device (that did not have Browser Guard), which is why I ask.

I apologize for continuing the thread but I am still receiving this error message when attempting to download the document.

Please update Browser gaurd and restart the Browser
