Browser Guard icon questions

I have the most current version of Malwarebytes Browser Guard(I can't find a version #, but it says 'You are running the latest version of Browser Guard'.

I have a question which is probably self-evident, but is confusing to me. 

After  I open the guard, on the right side it says 'Ad networks, trackers, malware, scams blocked on this page', and beneath that are various websites with a circle with a line through it(like a European stop sign), and says 'Block on this site' when hovering the mouse over it. And to the right of the circle, there's 3 vertical dots, when clicked says ' Allow on this site'.

So, what do those mean? The sites with the circle are being blocked, or do I need to click those circles to block those sites?

Shouldn't that be 'Blocked on this site'. To me, 'Block on this site' implies an action need to be taken. Sorry for being so 'literal'.
