i ve cancelled auto renewal of mw privacy vpn , will i still be charged for the premium version of it ? i ve still free 4 day's premium service of it..

when we try to get help from a chat , we meet with an A.I.. which is not able to answer expect few of a things. how can we get a chat help from a human , is there any option?
