Managed Wordpress Editor w/ OptimizePress Blocked by BrowserGuard on Edge

Dear MalwareBytes Team,

I am getting a suspected phishing warning when trying to access my Wordpress editor using OptimizePress 3.0.  I tried a search on the forum but couldn't find relevant information.  When I continue past the warning page, the editor is blank except for a 0.  However, it works on Chrome without the browserguard and there is no activity asking for passwords, accounts, etc.  Please follow up with me and I will provide any information you require and screenshots.

Thank you.  The address is  https://activeliving.online/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page as far as I can get. Sometimes this too has a phishing warning.  It is one that I signed into (a managed wordpress account for my small business)-- then I when I select a page to edit, I get a URL quickly changing to the extension URL given by Browser Guard, which is  extension://ihcjicgdanjaechkgeegckofjjedodee/app/eventpages/block.html?referrer=undefined&url=https%3A%2F%2Factiveliving.online%2Fwp-json%2Fop3%2Fv1%2Fpages%2F37%2Fmode%2Fop&host=activeliving.online&type=scam&subtype=phishing&tabId=55905625&filename=undefined&prevUrl=null

I attached a screenshot.

Also, a professional organization of which I am a member also has a block by Browser Guard extension on both Chrome and Edge. the training website is medfitclassroom.org.  I attached a screenshot of that as well.  I notified the organization, and their tech department do not find any warnings.

Would you know why these are blocked and would it be safe to simply turn off browser guard when accessing these sites, aware not to enter sensitive information?
