For Reference I just got brand new SSD's from BestBuy and did a fresh install of w11 using the media creation tool on a usb.
Installation went fine and I've been going through and downloading applications that I had on my old hard drives. Going to the sites and installing them.
With my windows being no less than 12 hours fresh installed Windows defender popped up and said I had an infection.

This is what it showed me. Since the original popup and that notification, I have retried scanning and nothing is coming up as of now. It does worry me though that whatever it is might not be gone completely.
Should I just redo a fresh install of w11 since I barely have anything currently on my pc or would anyone be able to possibly help me make sure whatever happened is no longer on my system.

Not exactly sure but I assume you've possibly installed software already that is not directly from Microsoft?

Perhaps try following the instructions from the following

Clean Install Windows 10 & 11 (2023)
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/clean-install-windows-10-11-2023/1c426bdf-79b1-4d42-be93-17378d93e587

No 3rd party software should be installed until you're certain Windows is fully installed and up to date with it's own security
