App & browser control down

Recommended Posts

From the moment i upgraded to the win 10 pro's ver 22h2 my app and browser control started going down automatically..for one and a half month i searched for the fix ( 11 to 12 hrs per day ) contacted microsoft chat , feed back hub , ms forum , google , much more but dd not find any fix. changed the whole system including nvme , but no use.. sfc dsim commands shown corrupted files right after the upgrade after every clean install... i installed windows from media creation tool provided by the microsoft's official site each time i installed windows.. i purchased a new usb and created new installation media on it but the app and browser control prb was still there.. installed many famous av programs but no use.. malwarebytes held the problem for few days but it has become failed too... can you inform me what problem is that?

Please do the following so that we may take a closer look at your system. This tool will gather some logs and compress them to a zip file.

WARNING: Do Not click the Repair System under Advanced unless requested by a Malwarebytes support agent or authorized helper

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained are safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  • Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
  • In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
  • Run the MBST Support Tool
  • In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
  • In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
  • A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to the Public desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

Thank you

Please be more specific as to what the issue is. Though unless the issue is tied to some type of program sync then it is simply does not seem possible, so please explain in more detail what issue you believe you're having

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.

Additional tickets will increase the delay.

I have seen it happen often on clients' computers. It seems to be a normal occurrence and that is why the security center in Windows alerts you to turn it back on.

Then as you say, it is a Microsoft issue, not a Malwarebytes issue.

When it happens I just turn it back on and move on.

3 days up to 7 days wait for an answer from support. Mondays thru Fridays are when tickets are answered.

How more clearly can I explain it?

Now you ve answered in a meaningful way bro ..

3-7 weekdays (does not mean anything ), Monday thru Friday days ( does not mean anything ). No weekends or US holidays when they occur ( does not mean anything ).
you just answered out of context which sounds like phrases and which do not explain anything... if you could reply in the recent way there was no reason to ask you again like now.. anyway thx.
