MB5 Premium+ & Privacy VPN Menu Icons are intermittantly absent.

During a macOS 13.4.1 Ventura restart, the MB5 Premium+ and Malwarebytes Privacy menu icons may or may not appear in the midst of a restart.

Additionally, the same menu icons may or may not be present a minute or so after a restart completes.
