This web site

has declared as containing malvertising , can i still use this site or downloading is safe from it? mw has quarantined the malware but the site is still accessible.. what to do?

2- it detected the malware on a website which was shown as quarantined, 1st question is that why it was quarantined , did that malware attacked on my pc? if yes then its allright but if not then why mw quarantined it? and why released it from a quarantined list? plz explain in a simple and detailed way. thx

Your screenshots show that some malicious advertisements (Malvertisemts) were blocked by web protection. Web protection blocks do not quarantine anything as there are no actual files placed on the computer, it just keeps you from connecting to them to prevent malicious files from getting on your computer.

It was WEB Block. Nothing gets quarantined on a web block. That is why that screen is empty.

i think you ve overlooked my 2nd screen shot in my 1st post... if it was a web block then malware bytes should not show its details in it's quarantine section and then remove it magically from there without any info. mb should also inform the user that the threat is blocked instead of showing it as a malware in its pop up window, it really puzzling and extremely not clear...

because everyone does not know the term of malvertising ... the info should be clear enough for a common user too.

There is a user guide available by clicking the question mark.

i am sorry to say that malware bytes's briefings are insufficient to describe its workout on the recommended site... there is a scan named as threat scan, which is not found on the entire mw scan types

user should visit the recomended site then explore it only then he can find the Threat scan details and where is it located info, as i missed even visited a site, is that not a better idea to name the scans right inside the mw window?
