Hi there , i am new to mw vpn and want to address some major changes in it which are v necessary..

1-kill switch should work only for the applications connected through mw vpn

2-kill switch should not be restricted with auto switch on mw vpn as it is unnecessary and put lot of bandwidth down on limited speed of internet. but kill switch is the back bone of consumers privacy, we can not by pass it. ild love to use mw vpn but not with such restriction, i am afraid that the current state of such option ll drive me to the refund and i ll never use it again until fixed. plz forward this recommendation to the concerned dept. vpn speed goes down to 2 mbps from 15 mbps when connected...plz fix it too cuz its horrible.

The VPN routes all connections thru the VPN when activated unless they are added to the bypass list.

Kill switch is meant to block all connections if the VPN is turned off. That is why is is off by default.

Are you saying there are things you want VPN for and some you do not?

look, users need a kill switch working even if they start a vpn manually , but it is Restricted with an auto launch option of mw vpn, which is forcing users to auto launch mw vpn with the start of their computers which is not fair ( good vpns do not go in this way ).. a user needs to secure its real ip with a kill switch feature even he has manually started the vpn , we ve no benefit of kill switch feature if it wont works for a manual use...is there ? ve a look on cyber ghost vpn, nothing like that, cuz its a wrong way to present kill switch feature.

2nd. if we select mw vpn to auto launch for specific apps, the vpn should be launched auto whenever those apps are launched and should block their internet access when those are close, the 2nd option is seen in mw vpn but the 1st one is missing.

3- edge browser shows the mw vpn's connected location's ip even i put it ( file location ) in the by pass section of connection rules. ( https://ipapi.com/ ) ( whatismyip.com )

4- the vpn provides me 2 mb of my 15 mb internet speed...

plz forward these suggestions to the concerned dept as it is v necessary. let me know after doing it.. i see no option to edit my question, plz guide me about that.thx

They have been replying. You submitted logs on Friday that will then be passed along to another team. That could take a day to a week, it really depends on how many logs they to review to assist customers.

Just so that you're aware. There is a 60 day refund policy so if you're not satisfied you need to make that decision by then.

There is no guarantee if or when any change will be made to the product to satisfy your concerns.

Thank you again
