False positive: https://d-pad.life/

Hi, I'm the owner of the site https://d-pad.life/

We are a small enthusiast gaming forum. Been going for a couple of years now. We don't run ads or anything on the site (we are supported by voluntary member contributions). However, according to one of our members, you've flagged up as a Phishing site/scam site the other day: -

Weirdly I had the same thing happen to myself the other day on Vivaldi, with your browser guard extension. However, the exception seemed to take ok when I applied it. 

However, I tried the same thing on Brave and even though I told the warning page that I wanted to proceed and had and added the domain to the allowed list it kept kicking me back to the warning page whenever I tried to log in.  I had to uninstall the extension in the end, which obviously isn't ideal.  

Anyway, could you review the site and clear the false positive, or let us know why it was triggered? 

Also as this hasn't happened before, I'd be curious to know why now? As I said. The site being going for a couple of years now.
