KirkN Posted July 6 ID:1576210 Share Posted July 6 Hello, we recently launched this new product, ai.xyz, via the AI Foundation (aifoundation.com). See recent article from VentureBeat here: https://venturebeat.com/ai/ai-foundation-launches-ai-xyz-to-give-people-their-own-ai-assistants/ It is being incorrectly flagged as malicious. Please advise on what your system sees that is wrong with it so we can update anything accordingly. Additionally, this site will have multiple subdomains (eg. app.ai.xyz, kirk.ai.xyz, etc.), so hope a wildcard for subdomains will be whitelisted as well. Thank you and let me know if you need anything further from me.

KirkN Posted July 7 Author ID:1576308 Share Posted July 7 Thank you @Porthos. Yes @thisisu, you can see the red text showing 4 Malware issues. When clicking deeper, it shows this is actually 4 Scams. It doesn't give any insight into what the actual issue / problem is, so I don't know what it thinks is the problem. Thank you for your help in advance! Porthos Posted July 7 ID:1576319 Share Posted July 7 Could you get the Browser Guard and attach them here,
KirkN Posted July 7 Author ID:1576322 Share Posted July 7 I used Browser Guard extension for my previous screenshot. In looking at yours, I don't see any ability to "Download Debug Logs".

Hopefully, all of the logs gathered will lead to a solution. @thisisu@Dashke Edited July 7 by Porthos
KirkN Posted July 7 Author ID:1576329 Share Posted July 7 Got it, thanks! So will our website be manually whitelisted now in malwarebytes?

KirkN Posted July 7 Author ID:1576332 Share Posted July 7 I see.. so in the meantime, our website (and others impacted by this) will just show they have potential issues - even though they do not - and will be all updated once the problem is resolved. Does that sound correct?

KirkN Posted July 7 Author ID:1576335 Share Posted July 7 Got it - ok thanks for the note and hope they resolve it soon! It would be preferable if a short term approach could be to whitelist websites like ours impacted by this (especially for those of us that reach out :). Thanks for the consideration
