Malware Bytes browser extension is blocking our website.

Hi,

 

We have a website https://hypnosindia.com/ while adding a product to the cart, the malware bytes shows the message like the website is unsafe. The website is custom build and there is no trace of malware or any kind of suspecious coding. I have attached a screenshot.

 

How to resolve this issue and how to request for malware bytes team to allow this site as safe to browse. 

 

Is there any detailed guide where we can see what is wrong in this site that made malware bytes to identify as unsafe?

 

I have tried several online scanner and they show it is fine and no malware found.

 

We need to resolve this as soon as possible as it is affecting our business.

There is nothing wrong with your system.

After MB improved the phishing heuristic detection mechanisms in Browser Guard, there was a misconfiguration that caused a minor number of legitimate pages to be detected. The new version v2.6.6 has already been released with the introduced fix and is waiting on approval from Google.

@Porthos Do you mean I need to update Malware Bytes to solve the issue? Or should I wait until malware bytes fixes the issue.?

Malwarebytes has released an update to the Browser Guard extension to correct the issue. Google has to approve the update for it to auto-update.
