I don't recall downloading an iPhone app. What precautions should I take?

I saw that there was an app called Notion on my iPhone. I do not recall downloading that app.

Are there steps I should take to make sure I was not hacked?

Go to the App Store, then tap on the icon for your iCloud account:

Then tap Purchased to review the apps you have "purchased" (which includes free apps you have downloaded). Do you see this Notion app in the list? If so, it will tell you when it was initially downloaded.

It's very unlikely that this is malicious.
