Will I need to remove Malwarebytes 4.x to participate in the Preview program?
Yes, we suggest removing all Malwarebytes products to avoid issues.

Adding Allow list items (exclusion rules)
To create and managed exclusion rules, click on the Detection History card from the product dashboard, then select the Allow list tab.

Quarantined items
To get to your quarantined items, click on the Detection History card from the product dashboard.

How do I activate my subscription?
You will be prompted to activate the product after installation completes. If you need to activate your subscription after this point, click the Settings cog on the left navigation bar. From the Settings page, click on General, then click on My Account. Finally, click on I Already Have A License to open the activation window.

How do I deactivate my subscription to see the Free user experience?
At this time the preview build does not have full support for usage in Free mode. To deactivate your license, click the Settings cog on the left navigation bar. From the Settings page, click on General, then click on My Account. Finally, click Deactivate License to deactivate.

How do I remove the preview build?
If at any time you would like to remove the Malwarebytes 5 preview build, visit the Help menu and choose Uninstall Malwarebytes.
