[ RESOLVED ] Request for Assistance: Malwarebytes License Activation Issue

Dear Malwarebytes Support Team or members of the community

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I encountered with my Malwarebytes activation.

On September 16, 2022, I purchased a lifetime license for Malwarebytes from a third-party website. I successfully activated the software using the provided key and ID. However, due to some technical difficulties with my PC, I recently performed a full format, resulting in the loss of my previous activation.

When attempting to reactivate Malwarebytes, I received an error message stating that the license is already in use. I understand that there is an option to revoke the license from my account, but I have never registered an account associated with my license.

I have already raised a ticket regarding this matter and provided all the necessary proof of purchase and activation. Unfortunately, I received an automated response stating that my ticket was closed because the email address was not recognized.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and reactivating my Malwarebytes license. Could you please guide me on the next steps to take in order to rectify this situation? I am more than willing to provide any additional information or documentation required to verify my ownership of the license.

Legitimate lifetime keys have not been available since late 2014. The 3rd party sold you a reused or stolen key. The fact that it worked and you used it this long was a miracle.

I would suggest not wasting money at that or similar sites selling "lifetime" keys again.

The 3rd party is not an authorized reseller of any Malwarebytes product. The proof is useless.

In that case I would delete that software and buy something better. Thanks
