Unique help needed as soon as possible

Our former MSP abruptly shut down in Feb (owner died). We don't have access to the account credentials to provide our new MSP the Tamper protection password. I've tried submitting support tickets, but in using my email address the tickets bounces and closes immediately. Our server is currently offline in a constant state of reboot because of Malwarebytes. Is there anyone that can help me with this?? I've tried just about everything!
