Hi

I notice that real time protection for Malwarebytes does not stay on all the time on my android phone.

It's the same for another phone in the household too.

We have to manually check and switch it on. 

Both phones are on Premium. 

Is there any other settings we should change?

It's best to open a support ticket so one of the mobile device support agents can assist you with this.

Please note it may take a few days before a reply though due to high ticket volumes. Please only open one ticket
