Website Visitors incorrectly blocked by Browser Guard extension(s)

Hello, hope you are well. I'm having an issue were many website visitors who are using 'Malwarebytes' are reporting getting the block screen.(Screenshot attached)

The domain/website in question is 'www.kxfmradio.org' however utilizing other online industry standard tools shows a clean status from any blacklists. (VirusTotal results screenshot attached)

Can you please advise how I can get this site off the blacklist, as this is a false positive.
