hi everyone,

your cloud database is very very old...

# -------------------------------
# Malwarebytes AdwCleaner 8.4.0.0
# -------------------------------
# Build:    08-30-2022
# Database: 2022-10-10.1 (Cloud)
# Support:  https://www.malwarebytes.com/support
#
# -------------------------------
# Mode: Scan
# -------------------------------
# Start:    06-12-2023
# Duration: 00:00:04
# OS:       Windows 10 (Build 19045.3031)
# Scanned:  32098
# Detected: 0

???

Is the date from the cloud database not relevant at all and AdwareCleaner is still using the newest definitions?

Still no updates, Database is now 9 Months old. Will there be any updates in the future ?

Please remove your current version and download a new version. https://adwcleaner.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner?channel=release

If that does not fix your issue, Please do the following.

WARNING: Do Not click the Repair System under Advanced unless requested by a Malwarebytes support agent or authorized helper

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained are safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  • Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
  • In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
  • Run the MBST Support Tool
  • In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
  • In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
  • A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to the Public desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

Thank you
