Malwarebytes keeps deleting my app (after adding it to the exclusion list)

Hello :)

Malwarebytes keeps deleting my app Advanced System Care and others, even after I added the extension to the exclusion list. After running the .exe for Advanced System Care, Malwarebytes immediately deletes the installed file from my pc. 

Please advise how to fix this issue. I currently have the Premium trial version.

Advanced System Care is not a program you really want to run on your system and it is a PUP, Potentially unwanted program.

All system optimizers are unnecessary and can cause issues you are trying to fix. They are what we old folks call snake oil.

Most users do enough damage to the OS without paying for some software to do it for them.

If you want to keep it and others as you said,

To exclude these items you need to perform a scan and then at the end when it shows the list of detections, uncheck any item that you do not want to be removed and click Next.  When prompted on what to do with the remaining unchecked items, select Ignore Always and they will be added to your exclusions and will no longer be detected by future scans.

Since an app like Advanced System Care is like snake oil (LOL), what type of app would you recommend for cleaning / optimizing my pc instead?
