User reporting site unsafe

I have had user reporting Malwarebytes saying my site is unsafe. Can you please help me identify what behavior had triggered this alert so that I can remedy it.

It was blocked because your website software made 2 requests for notification permission within 5 seconds.  That is also standard behavior for Tech Support scams.

The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for the changes to take effect.
