Not clear why site rejected with "Website blocked due to ... TLD"

What steps does a site need to take to avoid this error? The site of interest is of the format shown in attachment. firstname, lastname are tokens with the actual name.  Does "info" domain always raise this error?

Hello,

It is in fact the TLD .info that will trigger the block IF you enable block risky gTLDs in settings. It is OFF by default.
