windows 7 blue screen

I've been having problems with windows 7 for a few days now.
The nebula malwarebytes agent is installed on the computer. When shutting down the computer, a blue screen appears with the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
0x0000000A
Then the computer restarts.

I would highly suggest that you open a support ticket with Business Support to work with them directly.

Submit  Business Support Ticket  

It can take a few days for a response as ticket volume is high at this time.

We are experiencing the exact same issue on 3 of our Windows 7 clients. Were you able to resolve it? We've tried uninstalling but it still happens.

Issue was a bad update according to Malwarebytes Support. Updating to 1.20.389 has seemed to fix the issue with the BSOD on shutdown.
