Naturally the second ingredient is sugar, in all choices. I liked this one because it had 20% more fruit that others and most importantly only 3 simple ingredients, FIGS, SUGAR, LEMONS. "Knowing and doing are two different things." I am on the verge of doing an all meat diet-just to see how the body reacts. Black Angus strip steak last night as a start.
